Cyber Crime Investigation Training

What is CCI? Its a training class that we offer twice a week on mIRC at irc.gamesnet.net #cci. The purpose of this training is to provide the details of investigating computer crime and the internet use policy. For those members that want to get involved with Crime Investigating then this class is for you. The following is a list of things you will learn by taking this class:

• Questions to ask the client
• Steps to follow when you are ready to present information to the client
• Procedures for collecting evidence
• Details on how to use various evidence collection and analysis tools
• Attack signatures

All people interested in joining CH-I or UA-I need to take this class. There is no guarantee that you will be accepted to join a Investigating team however by seeing your involvement in the class there maybe a chance for you to join such a team.

Please note that Cyber Crime Investigating Class is not sponsored by the UA it’s a one man operation and is being taught by als and it is sponsored by the Counter-Hack CH-I team.

The class will be held at #CCI on irc.gamesnet.net.

Class starts 10/01/02
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00PM EST</p>
