This classic World War II game has become very popular, and has gotten the attention of hack makers. Though hacks for this game have not become as advanced as other games (Half-Life, Quake III), a few give quite the unfair advantage.

OpenGL Wallhack

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault has a working wallhack released for it. This wall hack makes all walls and objects transparent. Fortunately, for Medal of Honor, this is not an effective method of wallhacking. Its is hard for the cheater to navigate through maps, and hard to fire you weapon at people who could be behind ten feet of brick.

Glowing Grenades

People have made models to replace their grenades with, and they are bright green, so they are easy to spot when heading towards you.

Aimbot

Several famous hackers have made an aimbot for Medal of Honor. However, we could not get it to work with Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Hopefully it doesn’t work with the latest patches, but we will have to do more research.

Door Wallhack

Instead of all the walls being transparent, this hack just makes the doors transparent, so the cheater can start shooting before you hand reaches the doorknob. Hopefully this hack will be patched by the next patch release.

Map Bugs

Several maps have bugs in that allow you to "fall" through a part of them, and end up below the map. From there, you can shoot at players, while they cannot shoot back at you. This is not fair for anyone, and if you happen to fall though into one of the bugged holes, please kill yourself and rejoin the game. Server administrators will ban cheaters who exploit these bugs. Chameleons

This cheat includes several of the cheats mentioned above along with a special hack that glows players through walls and then highlights the player if shootable through walls.
